Does BirdsEye Costa Rica offer any functionality that is not included in the Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean Membership?  Or is BirdsEye Costa Rica preferred if you're only birding Costa Rica and want to save $10/year?

Asked another way, what should I purchase for birding in Costa Rica if I have no memberships? and what should I purchase if I already have a World Membership?
