Hi June,
The message is supposed to say 'Your login credentials were not accepted by eBird. Please try logging in again.' Likely there is a misspelling in the username or password, or perhaps a space was added at the end of your email address.
If trying those things does not fix it, please get in touch at support@getbirdseye.com and we'll figure this out with you.
